  • Don’t get involved in ‘exclusive’ relationships - involve co-workers.
  • Be honest about the situation with your partner/spouse.
  • Use common sense and set appropriate boundaries.
  • Employers: have a clear workplace conduct policy.
  • Encourage teamwork.
