Workaholism comes at a price

A new study suggests that many American workers feel guilty about not spending enough time at home with their families.

Further, such guilt was associated with issues that included decreased job satisfaction, more interpersonal conflict at work, higher levels of job-related distress, higher perceived expectations from others, unrealistic and often distress-inducing expectations of oneself, and fewer close relationships.
