Men’s midlife crisis starts at 25, research suggests

The pressure to have a better job, better house, more holidays, more time for themselves, worrying about their health and to reduce their debt levels at the same time affects 1 in 5 men aged 25-34, research suggests. This increasing anxiety is likened to that of the mid-life crisis although clearly the triggers for their stress are somewhat different.
